Dr. Kristin
about
Dr. Kristin grew up in the rolling piedmont of North Carolina, where she discovered two simple truths: nothing heals quite like fresh mountain air or a warm biscuit shared with good company. before finding her calling in chiropractic care, she earned a degree in conservation biology from NC State and spent years working in the nonprofit sector. today, she brings that same care for people, animals and the planet into her practice, helping others feel at home in their bodies with kindness, curiosity, and a touch of adventurous spirit.
clinical style
Combining gentle manual adjustments like thompson drops, diversified, and activator, Dr. Kristin believes chiropractic is best used in combo with other therapies: talk therapy, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy, etc. She loves working with kiddos, moody teenagers, adults that want to feel more at home in their bodies, fellow empaths, and critters.
